The experience

About this day out

Brook Rural Museum preserves over 700 years of agricultural and rural history in East Kent. The collection is housed in a magnificent 14th-century grange barn and a 19th-century oast house at the foot of the North Downs’ Devil’s Kneading Trough. Exhibits include farming tools, wagons, tractors, and displays on hop-growing and rural life from the age of the horse through the Industrial Revolution.
