Rannoch Moor is a Ramsar wetland site in Scotland, designated on 5 January 1976 and covering 1,519 ha. It is a nature reserve and SSSI dominated by glacial features, moraines, peat-filled depressions, lochs, and western-type blanket bog. The site contains nutrient-poor acidic lakes and supports rare plants, insects, and breeding wetland and moorland birds.
