Prees Heath Common Reserve is a 60-hectare reserve between the A49 and A41 roads to the south of Whitchurch in North Shropshire. It was purchased by Butterfly Conservation in 2006 and is the only remaining sanctuary for the Silver-studded Blue butterfly in the Midlands. The reserve supports butterflies, moths, other invertebrates, birds, plants, mammals, reptiles and amphibians, and has heathland re-creation work on former arable land.
