Kilchoman is Islay's Farm Distillery, situated amongst the traditional buildings of Rockside Farm on the north-west coast of Islay. It produces Islay's only Single Farm Single Malt, grown, malted, peated, distilled, matured, and bottled on Rockside Farm. Its core range of single malts balances maritime peat smoke and crisp citrus sweetness with layers of cooked fruit and rich spices.
