Accessibility
Both venues are housed in historic buildings without lift access. The Bath Centre (Grade II listed Georgian townhouse) provides a ramp at the entrance and seating throughout the exhibition, but the talk room (two flights of ~10 stairs), Regency Tea Room (second floor), and toilets (basement) are not wheelchair accessible. Private accessible tours are offered subject to actor availability (not before 11am unless pre-arranged). Free access companion tickets are available with proof of need. Videos include English subtitles; a hearing loop and talk transcript are available. The London Experience has two small steps at the entrance (ramp available for the 7 cm step) and the exhibition is not wheelchair accessible (six flights / ~61 steps to the starting point). Pushchairs are challenging; baby carriers are recommended at both venues. Luggage cannot be stored on site.
